Three new baby gorillas born early February in the Volcanoes National Park, Rwanda.
Of the three, two are twins. This is only the second time since 2004 that twin gorillas have been born in the park. It is the 5th case recorded in the last 40 years of gorilla monitoring in Rwanda.
Twins were born to the female Kabatwa in the Hirwa gorilla group. (now up to 13 individuals)
Fantastic news, as every new gorilla is a win for conservation and the longevity of these incredible animals
